ClassPoint is a school management platform built for Nigerian schools. To provide the service, we handle information needed to support school administration, teacher workflows, parent access, student records, and structured day-to-day school operations.

ClassPoint supports structured role-based access so that school administrators, teachers, finance staff, leaders, and parents can be limited to the information relevant to their responsibilities. Schools remain responsible for their own access assignments, internal approvals, and use of the data they place into the service.

ClassPoint is designed to help schools manage parent, student, and staff records in a structured way. This may include attendance, results, class membership, school notices, fee tracking, and handoff-related records where the school uses those workflows.

Where payment or communications workflows rely on third-party providers, related processing may involve those providers as part of the service flow. Schools remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of the personal information they choose to store or process in ClassPoint.

ClassPoint uses limited cookies and similar browser storage mechanisms to support core platform functions such as login sessions, school selection, account security checks, and continuity of access between pages.

We may also use short-lived technical cookies or browser storage to support referral attribution, operational diagnostics, abuse prevention, and reliability troubleshooting. We do not describe these tools as optional advertising cookies because the public site and core application are currently focused on platform operation rather than behavioral ad targeting.
